Villa Meridiana is a stunning large villa in the area of Punta Secca (Ragusa) the deep South of Sicily in the Valle Barocco. The villa offers large outdoors with a patio, pool area and swimming pool (8x20m) and is surrounded by a large beautifully landscaped garden. To the sandy beaches of Caucana it is only a few hundred metres, to the beaches of Punta Secca it is a 3 minutes drive and the beach and sea resort of Marina di Ragusa is about a 10 minutes drive.
Caucana is a small seaside location next to Punta Secca with its own sandy beaches. Punta Secca which is only 3 minutes driving distance from Caucana is surrounded by beautiful sandy beaches. You can furthermore find great restaurants right on the beach in Punta Secca, the home town of the Commissario Montalbano series.
Villa Meridiana has been modeled after the noble villas of the area and consists of two buildings, the main house and the annex.
Main House: On the main floor you find the well equipped kitchen with dining table, with direct access to the corresponding outside terrace, a large living room with access to the terrace and a bathroom with shower / WC and washing machine. The lower floor of the main house comprises of the living room with direct access to the terrace and the garden, three double bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms (2 with shower, 1 with bath tub) as well as another bathroom with shower / WC and a washing machine. On the upper 1st floor is 1 further double bedroom and 1 single bedroom with balconies and 2 bathrooms with shower / WC.
Annex: the annex comprises of a living room with a kitchenette, a dining area, one double bedroom, one single bedroom, a bathroom with shower and WC and a laundry room. The upper floor of the annex which is accessible via an external staircase consist of a further double and single bedroom with small terrace, and a bathroom witht shower.
The interiors of the Annex are consistent with that of the main house, both have been decorated and furnished to achieve high quality and individual style, it is obvious that much attention to details has been given.
