Villa Manna, located 175m above sea level, is a bright and modern structure immersed in the greenery of a park planted with olive and citrus trees and with a wonderful view of the sea, a short distance from the famous resort of Cefalù. Set in a residential context with only a few houses, the villa, which is equipped with a cooling system throughout, is arranged on one floor and has four rooms with direct access to the garden. The heart of the house is the spacious living room with a modern, super-equipped kitchen directly connected to the outdoor terrace, where the dining area and lounge area are located: the ideal corner for enjoying aperitifs outdoors in front of impressive sunsets over the sea. In the garden, a few steps away from the villa, the infinity pool is set in a large wooden platform used as a solarium from which to enjoy the wonderful sea view among the trees. Moving away from the villa, a short distance along the rugged, rocky coastline that characterises the Finale di Pollina area, there are beaches and coves lapped by crystal-clear sea. Less than half an hour's drive away, the delightful centre of Cefalù offers a wide range of restaurants, bars and shops, as well as villages within the Madonie Mountains such as Castelbuono, known for their indigenous food products and centres of historical interest. Long walks can also be taken in the Madonie Park accompanied by specialised guides. The capital, Palermo, is just over an hour's drive away where you can admire its many wonders, such as the famous A'Vucciria market and the Norman Cathedral.

Interior:

The large terrace is accessed from the private parking area by a few steps. One is immediately greeted by the outside sitting room and it is from here that the French window leads to the interior of the house which is on one floor. One enters into a single bright room that encloses the dining room, the modern and well-equipped kitchen and the living room with decorative fireplace. Adjacent is a service bathroom. From the living room one reaches the sleeping area: on the left a double bedroom with sea view and French window with direct access to the garden and en suite bathroom with tub and shower. To the right of the living room, passing through the corridor, are distributed the laundry room, a double bedroom with access to the terrace and en suite bathroom with tub, a double bedroom and a double bedroom with French size bed (1.40m) sharing a bathroom with shower.

Park:

The land surrounding the house is about 9000 square metres, on which olive trees, citrus plants, majestic pines and cacti dwell. The terrace in front of the house tiled with ceramic and terracotta tiles is a delightful space where one can relax on the large sofa and where one can dine outside under the canopy of reeds with a beautiful view of the pool and the sea.

Swimming pool:

The pool area is located on a lower terrace than the villa, from which it is about 10 m away, and is reached by a staircase of 15 steps. From here there is a view of the sea and on clear days the Aeolian Islands, Alicudi and Filicudi can be seen on the horizon. The infinity pool is rectangular in shape, 4 x 11 m wide and 1.30 m deep. It is bordered by a large wooden solarium of about 50 square metres where sun loungers, parasols and a sun shower are positioned. The pool is sanitised with chlorine and salt, is lined with PVC and is accessible by a brickwork staircase. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in November.

Location

The Villa is located in the municipality of Pollina, within the protected area of the Madonie Park, which includes an important cultivation of ash trees, recognised as a Slow Food Presidium. The town of Finale is about 3 km away and is the reference point for basic shops, while along the coast the crystal-clear sea bathes small rocky inlets, cliffs and small pebble coves. Torre Conca is the most beautiful beach on the coast, located in a picturesque bay where nature is unspoilt. (2 parking spaces are available in a car park near the access to the sea). But the entire coastline is dotted with numerous beaches, both equipped and not, fish restaurants overlooking the sea, small villages within the Madonie district, such as Sant'Ambrogio or Castelbuono where you can taste manna products and many other local delicacies, or Santo Stefano di Camastra, with its cosy centre characterised by numerous characteristic local ceramic shops.
