Villa Luna is a very chic and modern villa located in a beautiful hillside setting near Cefalù. Its infinity pool, outdoor kitchen and large terrace create the perfect setting for special moments with an incredible sea view in the background. Underfloor heating makes the villa ideal even in the colder months, the season when one breathes even more the authenticity of the place free of clutter and when the colours of the sky become more intense.
With its three bedrooms and bathrooms in the main villa and a further bedroom with bathroom in the annexe, the villa can comfortably accommodate up to eight people. Inside, the living space is open and bright. Grey flooring, wood-beamed ceilings and elegant furnishings make this a scenic and eclectic space. Large windows open onto the spacious teak terrace where there is a seating area with cushions on the steps facing an endless sea view. On the other side of the terrace is the outdoor kitchen and dining area. The inviting infinity pool is at hand for a refreshing swim. Gathering for an aperitif, a meal or just for a moment of relaxation with a fascinating view of the sea and the coast will be unforgettable moments.
Although the villa is in the countryside, it is only a few minutes from the delightful village of Sant'Ambrogio with its shop, a couple of restaurants, a pizzeria and a bar. The nearest beach is just beyond Sant'Ambrogio . In about 15-minute by car you will be in Cefalù with its golden sandy beaches and wide choice of restaurants, bars and shops. Nearby you will also find wineries, historical monuments, mountain villages, hiking trails and the possibility to take a few boat trips. You will have much to discover for an unforgettable holiday.
Interior:
Villa: Open plan living room with fitted kitchen and sitting area and one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The scenic open staircase leads to the upper floor where there are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. N.B as the staircase has no railing the villa is not suitable for children under 8 years of age. Dependance: Double bedroom with bathroom. Below the pool, with access from outside, there is a further bathroom and a spacious laundry room.
Exterior/Park:
Outside, the large paved terrace surrounds the villa with original seating on steps furnished with cushions overlooking a small zen garden of white gravel and enchanting sea views. The terrace continues around the house to the outdoor kitchen with barbecue and shaded dining area.
Swimming pool:
The stunning infinity pool measures approximately 9 x 4 m and is 1.4 m deep. The paved terrace on one side houses elegant sun loungers and on the other side the pool seems to merge with the sea. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in November.
