Villa Splendida is an invitation to explore the beaches of northern Sicily and to experience Cefalù with the buzz and beauty of an historic centre that is always on the move. In Villa Splendida's garden, you can relax and enjoy the panoramic view of the sea. Designed in a contemporary style, with a focus on open spaces and light, Villa Splendida's interiors are bright and airy and give a great sense of freedom and openness to the outdoors. A stay at Villa Splendida offers you the possibility of secluding yourself in the hills, yet only a few minutes' drive from the beautiful sandy beaches of Cefalù. Leaving the property, you can drive along the mountain roads of the Madonie National Park, a uniquely beautiful natural area.
Interior:
The villa comprises two spaces: the main house and the annexe. It is in the main house that the living room and kitchen are located, along with three double bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers. The interior spaces are furnished and decorated in a contemporary style with neutral colours, light wood and rattan furniture, pretty cushions and fabrics as blue as the sea. For larger groups, the annexe offers an additional double room. Main villa: open-plan living room with kitchen and dining area with direct access to the terrace, three double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower. Dependance: open-plan room, one double bedroom and one bathroom with shower.
Exterior/Park:
The living area opens onto a large terrace furnished with a swimming pool and sun loungers. An outdoor kitchen with built-in barbecue and wood-burning oven and a covered dining area provide an excellent opportunity for outdoor summer dining. The garden with its lawn, olive and pine trees offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy the view with a good book and a glass of wine.
Swimming pool:
The rectangular pool is between 1.30m and 2m deep and measures 10 x 5m. The pool will be open from May 1st to October 31st.
